Let’s Work Together -

I work well with teens, adults, and couples who are navigating life transitions, grief, infidelity, unmet expectations and shifting priorities in our modern world. I specialize in working with men who are curious about therapy, mental health and their expressions of masculinity - I pride myself on holding gender identity with an expansive frame. We will work together with my clinical and professional knowledge and skills sets in tandem with your own unique worldview and context, to create and facilitate healing and change in the modality that works best for your life.

I identify as first-generation AAPI immigrant and a Woman of Color, and weave those values of collectivism, community care and social justice into my therapeutic style. I support my clients' dignity & personal narratives across their healing journey. As a "third culture kid", I'm a great fit for clients who have trouble feeling like they 'belong' somewhere. We will work together to identify limiting patterns and beliefs and facilitate catharsis through narrative and relationship. You are the expert of your own life and deserve empowered pathways to healing.

I have a background in performance art and have often been told that nothing can phase me on stage, and I strive to bring that freedom and permissiveness to my therapeutic approach. I invite you to reach out if you are looking for a non-judgmental, warm approach to your healing that centers your voice above all others. We will work together to identify limiting patterns and beliefs and develop coping strategies and catharsis.
